Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have recently been reported to be in heated arguments over their political differences.

Reports surfaced that Angelina was supporting John Edwards for the 2008 presidency, while her partner Brad, supported Barack Obama.

However, Angelina now says that the reports of her backing Edwards are false, as she's made no endorsement thus far.

In fact, the AP reports that the Oscar-winning actress, known for her humanitarian work, says she is not endorsing anyone at this time.

In a written statement on Wednesday, Jolie said she had not made a decision yet, as to who she will support.

"There are many false stories that circulate about me, but the one I feel I need to address, because it is about such an important topic, is that I have not decided to endorse John Edwards, or any other presidential candidate," Jolie said.

"Like many Americans, I am learning more about the candidates' records and positions but at this time I have not yet made an endorsement," she said.

There was no statement from the Brad Pitt camp on whether or not he is officially endorsing Obama.

It is pretty sad that any of us would rely on the opinion of Angelina, Brad or any Hollywood star for that matter, to make our decision as to who we will support for the presidency. Anyone who does that, might as well ask 6-year-old Maddox what he thinks.
